3. Fee Structure

We never require upfront payment for our services. Our services are provided on a contingency basis - you pay nothing unless your funds are successfully recovered, and in accordance with your individual agreement(s) with us.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation
• Attend one meeting with a notary and present a valid proof of identity (approximately 15 minutes)
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information
• Comply with the terms of your individual agreement(s) with us

We agree to:

• Handle your claim with professional expertise
• Keep you informed throughout the process
• Maintain privacy of your information in accordance with our privacy policy
• Comply with the terms of our agreement(s) with you

6. No Guarantees

While we use our best efforts to recover your funds, we cannot guarantee successful recovery. Government agencies make final determinations on all claims. If recovery is unsuccessful for any reason other than your breach of your individual agreement(s) with us, you owe us nothing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Honor Our Equity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Liability limitations related to our service are further described in your individual agreement(s) with us.
